    I bought a used Hero 8 off FB Marketplace and it came with 3 GoPro brand batteries which work great. I put in a MicroSD with the right specs and it's been wonderful. I recently learned that I can use a battery bank with sufficient output (I believe at least 2.4A) for much longer battery life. Now I'm curious to put it to the test to see if it overheats while sitting still just recording without wind cooling.
