any thoughts on this vs monster? i've had rockstar in the past and it gave me hella jitters but i think it was the version with high caffeine (300mg+). This seems better for the ice version in terms of caffeine.

Rockstars I believe has niacin (vitamin b3). What gives you the jitters with some pre-workouts as well…

How much caffeine in this?
They have the image of the label but I couldn't see the caffeine percentage on it.

i had to go the manufacturer site
160 mg OF CAFFEINE

cant trust the amazon images. the nutrition label says 180mg/12 fl oz and the can image says 240mg

It also contains cyanocobalamin. The toxic form of B12. Bang is the only brand I've seen using actual methylcobalamin

That's interesting and good to know.

BTW, I have no clue why people are thumbing down the legit questions and the information.

I checked the images on Amazon listing for silver ice flavor and did not see any image where they have the caffeine amount. I changed again just now and found it at the end of the label.

No one is buying this for it's vitamins. Caffeine is the main ingredient of this drink, so why am I wrong to assume that it would be listed prominently on the can, product description and nutrition label ingredients?
