Always have to jump through the same hoops and buy multiple increments of $50 to maximize savings. Why don't they just offer 10% off $50 or more?

Multiple purchases, multiple emails and multiple codes is getting harder to keep track as my mind is slowly dying. lol
I thought we would be seeing the 12% off Kroger deal next. It showed up around this time last year.
Perfect timing. Thanks.

I haven't had issues with leaving credits on my T-mobile account for 3 months. I think it expires after 90 days on an inactive account.

OP - thanks for the post. I was able to buy (3) $50 ecards. Have only been able to buy (2) in the past (3rd would be canceled).

I'm good for 10 months finally... what a pain. Not going repeat this deal at Target. Two different fees ruin this transaction. I saved a measley 43 cents per $50. Stupid waste of time. Get better deal elsewhere by using my cc rebate on regular price at Sams.

Can you explain the Sam's deal?

I ended up getting a better deal at Target. The 5 email receipts were showing $49.27, but my bank was only charged $45.05 by the Target debit card.

Sam's would be exactly $50 which includes $2.52 in "product fees" and with my 5.25% CC would come to $47.38.

Surprised!
11 orders today and none of them were cancelled!

I have the $50 plan, so I got 10 $50 cards and 1 $100 to extend the expiration date a year on AT&T.

Chat or call. All these retailers have systems to flag and auto cancel "suspicious" purchases. So if you don't normally buy them it's more likely to get canceled. Very irritating.

This happened to me. Showed $45 at checkout but after I paid it switched to $49.60! I was able to cancel. Went into PayPal and switched my address to location with no sales tax and was able to checkout with no tax.

Did you switch billing address on Target during checkout or on Paypal? I tried updating my Target billing address to one in OR, but it was still showing tax. What's a good state to use for buying prepaid refills?

Both. I went to Target setting and changed my default address too. Montana (where I usually live) has no tax but you get charged $1 E911 fee. NH and some parts of AK are good.

I bought T-mobile $50 refill and I was charged tax ($2.57)and the E911( $0.55) fee. $50 T-mobile cards with the $5 off used to be 42.75 back a year or so back. But what is surprising is if I try to order AT&T $50 refill, no tax or E911 crap. What is the difference?
