OK, but that's sugar as part of the whole foods in dates, right? It's not like they're adding refined white sugar to the bar. You're getting the fiber and nutrients as well.

I agree 12g of protein is low for a "protein bar". But I hate when people like you talk a bunch of sh$t about something better, yet don't offer a link or proof of what they are verbal crapping about.
