I bought a phone from QVC and they charged me double my state's tax rate. Contacted customer service, wouldn't do anything about it.

There is no mention of data but in the reviews, it mentions 24 GB.

EDIT: The video also mentions 24 GB.

Under the marketing video it states "Previously recorded videos may contain expired pricing, exclusivity claims, or promotional offers."

Called in and spoke to customer service rep and they told me the data is NOT included even though the videos states it. Referred me to the message under the video. However some people have claimed to have received the 24GB in previous forum posts.

Proceed at your own risk as theres a chance you'll be needing to return the product!

the worst part is, the return goes to tracfone! and they will simply claim never received.

Save yourself a nightmare and DO NOT port in to TracFone if it's an important number. Customer service literally wiped my account on accident or on purpose after trying to fix a texting issue and I had no minutes talk or data on the plan. Never got the promised call back from that rep either. Every new rep said I was lying and never had this plan and threatened to cancel my account unless I bought a new plan and said I would lose my number in a few days if I didn't pay them money. It took several hours to find someone to partially restore my account after multiple reps accused me of lying. I wish I was making this up. Absolute scum of the earth.
