This is really only something you can answer, it depends on what You're going to do with it and your current strength and health level. I have been working out for years and still get regular use out of my lightest kettle bell which is 20lb, but as for using this as a starting point you can always try it and see if you need lighter or heavier, while only being $10 in. I'm not a doctor, I just play one on tv

Lol I've only seen people do it online. I've never done it personally but I am also one who doesn't feel bad for them. Lol some of the things I see them do are.. Questionable
