I LOVED this game. I know nothing about the books it's based on. But it felt like a fun Castlevania SOTN clone. Short, but I like games that I can complete in 10-12 hours.

Great game. If you liked Symphony of the Night and you want something similar that doesn't overstay it's welcome, definitely check this out for $9.

It's a Metroidvania that follows the characters from the Lodoss War anime/books. If you enjoy both it's a great buy, but still solid if you're just a Metroidvania fan, though it's not at the level of Hollow Knight or SotN.
