Note that Sam's Club sells Wendy's $15 multipacks at a 20% discount and Costco sells Subway $15 multipacks at a 20% discount every day, and Costco is additionally selling two-packs of $50 Ubers at 20% off at the moment, so if you have access to one of those memberships they're a better option for scaling the discount on more gift cards.
There's also a Chase Offer for 10% back at Dollar General, maximum $50 spend, that can stack with this deal for further savings.

I also see gas gift cards (Amoco/BP)...from the picture it looks like they are not variable and are $50 each, but still if you have the Chase offer that's 9%* off on gas -- don't know of anywhere else to do that right now. I'm sure some will say that brand is higher in their area, but I doubt it would negate the deal. Plus they were usually competitive when I lived in a state that had them, it was our gas station of choice for years.
*Chase offer has a $5 max cashback. But it's possible you could split payment with cashier across two cards for the full $10...if so, this would make it 14% off.

Someone above claimed that gift card purchases don't show up as a dollar general charge on statements but as a 3rd party charge. What merchant did your card set the purchase to?
It was rung up at the regular dollar general checkout.
