Trying to decide between this LOQ AND the VivoBook... https://www.walmart.com/ip/5123764605

The VivoBook screen sold me but the RAM is not upgradable on the VivoBook..... Any advice would be great

This is a gaming laptop and the VivoBook is not, although the Intel Arc Graphics are capable for gaming they're still not a replacement for dGPUs.
Your selection depends on your use case scenario.

Vivobook is better in general, faster CPU, far better screen, larger SSD, better battery life, better wifi+BT card, better webcam, etc.
The only reason to get the LOQ is if you do heavy GPU workloads like gaming, as the Nvidia 4050 mobile easily beats Intel's integrated Arc iGPU. Intel's iGPU is fine for low end gaming, video and image editing but if youre looking to primarily play games the LOQ is better in that regard.
