You can get same day delivery from the store, earlier it was above 100$.

I never used same day delivery so not sure about price but i think there was a fee for it which would show in my plus membership.
But it looks like the person commented $0 is referring to shipping and not same day delivery from a neighboring store. Shipping would have been for non perishable items
