One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) Winner using the selection process described
below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of:
• One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Palm Springs, CA (the
"Destination") from the major commercial airport in the United States, the District of
Columbia, or Puerto Rico nearest to Winner's primary residence as determined by Sponsor;
provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air
transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination, or provide round-trip
coach air transportation for two to Los Angeles, CA and rental car transportation to the
Destination;
• One (1) hotel accommodation for three (3) nights at the Westin Rancho Mirage, CA (one
double occupancy room and room tax only), checking in October 3, 2024 and checking out
October 6, 2024; and
• Access for two (2) to concerts and special entertainment experiences during The Desert Jazz
Festival in Rancho Mirage, CA between October 3, 2024 and October 6, 2024 (the "Event"),
including:
o DJF STARRY NIGHT on October 3, 2024;
o Welcome Reception on October 3, 2024;
o Access to golf session hosted By Jonathan Butler* on October 4, 2024;
o Pickleball Clinic on October 4, 2024
o DJ by the Private Pool on October 4, 2024;

o DJ by the Private Pool on October 5, 2024;
o DESERT SONGS & SAXES on October 5, 2024

o Gospel Brunch on October 6, 2024;
o Two hour bike rental for Winner and guest;
o $50 food and beverage credit for Winner and guest; and
o Private Meet & Greet with select artists (subject to artist availability).
Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $6,000.
