Not a bad price for a budget forearm roller. These are one of my favorite workouts for forearms, well, when mounted, but just note that if you use one that you hold in the air like this, you will be working other muscles such as shoulders, traps and core to help hold it up. If you are looking for something that isolates the wrists and forearms, you probably want to look for the ones that mount to power racks.

If you suffer from lower back problems, especially if the back is also weak, I'd recommend staying away from this.... Personal experience

Thanks for the advice! I bought the Balance Form Power rack from Walmart and love it. I been adding as much stuff as I can to it.
I found Titan has X-3 Series Rack Mounted Wrist Roller (https://titan.fitness/products/x-...st-roller) That looks like its made for their 3x3 rack.
Any idea if it would fit ok on my 2.5x2.5 rack?

Probably not sadly. I went through the exact same issue looking for a mounted one, and I couldn't find one that fits the 2.5 racks. I had to eventually just get a new rack from Bells of Steel and went with their wrist roller since they are more affordable than say Titan or Rogue, but they do all offer their own rollers for their racks.

If you want to get a bad case of tennis elbow and messed up forearms in both arms for months, buy this.

Same. I have a whole gym now. Love it.
