Mine started to develop a high idle and it would engage the chain. Not very safe while up on a ladder. A rep offered a new carburetor but I ended up returning it to bed bath and beyond. Didn't want to bother adjusting the idle either so I bought some used Stihls.

This price is right, I bought mine for 144 on sale during black friday, only mine came with a 14" bar and chain as well as 20".
