I've been reading up on this. Seems like they all suffer from the same overheating problem if you're in direct sunlight and/or don't have enough airflow. Also seems to depend on what video settings you're running. Their newest one, the Hero 13 Black _supposedly_ fixes this.
Still tempted at this price. Would like to maybe run it on a car mount.
