Yes for sure. I've seen it at like 1.8k. I'd hold off until black friday tbh

AAFES typically has their best deals on TVs prior to BF, not during. That's been fairly consistent going back more than a few years. No way to predict with any certainty, but if you see a good deal from them in the next 4-6 weeks, I'd jump on it. Some really good ones involved using the Star card.

I applied for the Star card back in 2016 when I bought my first OLED to get the 10% off because it also stacked with whatever percentage sale they were currently offering. Got the TV down from $3k to about $2.1k out the door. Haven't used the card since.

I'm assuming I'm not eligible to get any more discounts using it for a TV? At least the G4 I have my eyes on doesn't specify any discount for using the Star card. Then again, their sale price right now is still about $150-200 more than just ordering from Greentoe who also offers free shipping and no tax.
