Nah. I have a 9i. It's pretty bad even on "battery saver". All I did was take notes, occasionally coding. My only and biggest complaint with this laptop is the battery life. Now I use it for sheet music but am considering selling it and getting something with better battery life for the same purpose. Love everything else about it, especially the screen.

How long was your battery lasting? I want to know what you consider "bad"? 5 hours might be ok for me but you are looking for 9.
