Seems like a good deal. About 1/2 the current Amazon price and ~$18 less than the "used like new" price at Amazon. I have one of these that I'm using indoors and am fairly happy with it. The bracket is a pain in the azz though.

POE is Power Over Ethernet. This means it is powered by one Ethernet cable (no need for brick). It makes it much easier installation and the cameras are much more reliable. However you will need a PoE switch or injector to provide the power. Google around for more details if interested. This is a slick deal thanks OP.

The Reolink cameras work great with HomeKit if you set up them with Scrypted. I love the white doorbell - it is awesome and has vertical (head to toe) picture - also slick for $72 with coupon. Very reliable with HomeKit, alerts on Apple TV, and two-way audio works if you manually update the firmware. I have also had good interactions with their tech support over the years.
