One of my machines did have an issue, so I contacted Nespresso. After some troubleshooting and sending them videos, they asked me to send the machine to their repair center, where they fixed it and returned it to me free of charge.
Overall, $125 is a fantastic price for this machine. The Aeroccino is amazing, with options for both hot and cold frothing, and is of great quality.
As for the cups, you're not limited to their brand. You can also buy refillable pods and use your preferred coffee.
Overall, it's a fantastic machine and addition to any setup, and anyone would enjoy it without any issues.
Occasionally I'll have to eject the pod and put it back in, but for the most part it works.
I'm seeing people complain about the machines breaking, but I have a DeLonghi bought through some slickdeal 4-5 years ago and my machine is just now starting to show its age by making some really odd noises and sometimes it just stops a few seconds after starting. And I've used this machine a LOT. At least 3 times a day, but many days it's more like 5-6 times.
I'm planning on getting a replacement soon as I do really like the kind of whipped, or aerated(or however best explains it) flavor. But now I'm worried about getting a new machine.
I wonder if the complaints are about the "Next" machines. I have seen a lot about them having problems.
Edit: I see a few people saying good things. I've gone ahead and ordered one for myself, thanks for posting the deal. It was on my black Friday list!
They're easy to refill once you get setup and I don't think there's a faster, better cup of coffee than this. 4 minutes after I get up....it's cappuccino time. This setup is a big step above any Keurig.

its like anyone gives a negative experience and theres five people saying "Nono no hold a second, i can confirm this machine does work", of course the majority are going to work. But its not like the guy is lying. Your input is not needed, if its built poorly, bad qc, bad support, its pretty freaking important knowledge.
