The chair I bought in the last deal had the footrest unit crap out already. The company said they'd send a replacement, but I have not gotten anything yet. Not satisfied with the quality or support experience here.

Maybe there's some nuance with model numbers and options that I'm overlooking but it seems this is $950 on Amazon.

fwiw, my $999 chair from the last sale had a defect in the calf airbags. The company was responsive and wanted me to look for any holes or lose connections. Once I sent them a couple videos of the issue, they promptly shipped me an entire new footrest unit. Total turnaround was less than a week. I can't really complain about that level of service.

Just want to say Osaki support had been nonexistent for me. I was unable to figure out how to hook up the footrest and the "instructions" provided on a half sheet of paper were clear as dirt. (my experience was for a massage bed, but still, same company)
