You guys HUGE HUGE HUGE red flag on this product and the other Biobidets.
The toilet seats are known to crack after 1-2 years.

I had 3 of these and ALL 3 cracked.

Stick with Moen or Kohler or Toto

I bought both models from Costco last year. I installed each in my 2 bathrooms. Kohler is bulky and seating is uncomfortable. I replaced with BB550. It's accurate and very comfortable. Of course Kohler C3 has remote with more options compared to BB550. I will be ordering the BB550 now for my 3rd bathroom.

I've heard Bio Bidet has QC issues and breaks frequently. I sprung the extra cash for the Toto Washlet, which shows as $100 more than I paid now. Recommended it last week to a friend for $250 (what I paid) and now it says $350. It looks like they're going to call it a "sale" when it goes down to the regular price of $250.

Do you live in the Centre Pompidou? There is no physical way your water is actually 15* colder than your residence. I want proof. Show me some thermometers.

I bought mine from Costco. It was $12 cheaper than Amazon is showing right now, but I just checked Costco and the price is up to $350. Lol I wouldn't spend that much on a butt washer.

Will never buy another Bio Bidet products. Its quality is pos. Returned two bidets back to Costco twice for different issues after less than 2 years of usage. Getting a new Toto bidet instead.

Got Bio Bidet BB2000 in Jul 2019 and still going strong after moving multiple times. I would recommend.
