I have this camera and it's kinda garbage because the light never responds to the motion.
The v3 & prior Wyze cams included 12s event motion capture & alerts - those option are not available on later Wyze cams without a fee:

Yes u can usse local storage but u would have to manually scrub through your recording to find motion activities.
