Tri-clad stainless is the only way to go. No chemicals for you to eat and last forever. Non stick if you preheat and oil. Costco has the cuisinart tri-ply 8, 10, 12 with lids in-store for $50.
Pretty sure most pans are.
Who dishwashes pans anyway. Only the incredibly lazy. It takes seconds to clean non stick and takes so much space. 😆

3 kids. Wife has breast cancer. Every second I'm not spending doing dishes is a second spent better doing literally anything else.

Ceramic isn't a good "non-stick" coating. If you actually want non-stick and don't want teflon pans, cast iron and maybe carbon steel are your best alternatives and they also can basically last a lifetime.

The original 3 piece teflon set they sold was better than this replacement product.

This is bad advice. Stainless is by far the least useful type of frying pan. Food sticks relentlessly even with oiling and preheating. (Stainless is great for saucepans...you don't need nonstick to boil water for pasta or make a sauce.)

If you don't want PTFE, use cast iron. A well seasoned cast iron pan is much easier to clean and maintain than stainless. Unless you made a big mess, you can just scrape it with a metal scraper and wipe it with a paper towel.
We use nonstick occasionally, mostly for eggs which we're cooking at a lower temperature, or in the rice cooker which only ever boils water.

Source: We cook almost every meal at home, and either own or have owned all types of pans.
