Saw it in my account, YMMV. "Save $50*
on a future qualifying purchase of $50 or more when approved for a Target Circle™ Credit or Debit Card.
*Offer redeemable through Target Circle™. Offer details below."
Or "Get a $50 credit*
when you open a Target Circle™️ Reloadable account and spend $50 at Target."

this offer is back, here is the last time it was posted: https://slickdeals.net/f/17033086-target-apply-for-a-new-redcard-get-one-time-50-coupon?attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3ATrue&src=SiteSearchV2Algo1&peid=1f5dfaf1-882b-4477-941a-4afa92241ee5

read the last comment which sums up some tips for doing the reloadable card which is different than the other two options.
I think the Reloadable card is easier, no credit pull, and you can add up to $50 worth of purchases over 45 days... there may be no credit pull or soft credit poll for the debit card.

there seem to be no exclusions for the reloadable card offer?
