Note that the included line set is very short at 9.84 ft. I don't even know how you could install this with lines that short. Most units will come with 16-25ft lines.
I just installed a 12k Yitahome and it came with 13 ft lines and that was barely long enough to connect to the outside unit located immediately below the inside head unit.
And you can't just add a longer line set as the outside unit only contains enough refrigerant for the included line set. So if you substitute a longer line set, plan on needing to add refrigerant as well. The unit uses R32 refrigerant which is not yet commonly found in small quantities . The best deal I could find on that was a 20# bottle for $300.
So best advice is to make sure you buy a unit that contains long enough lines for your install.
Also, note that the unit is rated at 8.5 HPSF2. I believe that is too low to qualify for Clean Energy tax credit. I believe that the minimum is 9 for southern states - but check to verify that info if you are interested in the tax credit.

I grabbed 12k for a shed. $432 shipped seems like a great deal
