Good deal for a straight up buy.

Technically you can get it cheaper ($12.50, $12, $11) in the fanatical supreme bundle, but that requires you to buy more than one game. But that option is there if any of the other games are appealing.

Anyone else get asked to send a photo of their government ID (driver's license or passport)? I used PayPal and after approving the payment there, the site is requesting a photo of my driver's license or passport to prove it's not fraud. Is this a common practice now? I've provided this in the past to US based online banks where I'm opening an account, but don't feel comfortable sending this to some grey market game reseller. I think I'm going to bail and get my money back from PayPal.

For minimal savings, no freaking way.

Get it from Gamers Gate (reputable retailer, that is linked in the first comment above).

I took a pic of my old generic looking work ID badge with "IG" written on a piece of paper with today's date in the background. I'll let you know what they come back with.

Also used Paypal and it did not ask me anything specific, no issues with the steam code either. Downloading now.

They wouldn't budge on the ID requirement, nor would I send it, but their support team was pretty responsive and did process the refund to PayPal in about an hour. This could be a better experience if they provided the ID requirement up front, versus after you've already paid.
