First Elm Street in 4k for Fandango, all HD in Microsoft?
Edit: Fandango is how you buy the bundle according to comment below, so they're hdx.
Includes the original 8 films.
Note: 1980 film is the uncut version
First two are 4K. The rest are HD
Side note: apparently when you see commenters who have added basically just the title of the deal and a link it's because their own post got merged with another. I didn't know this before!

Depends on entirely the feel you are going for.. if you are a fan of horror genre and have watched a lot of horror, I don't think either of the bundle will scare you.
Friday the 13th is a slasher series where you get to see a guy kill dumb ppl in different ways over multiple movies, but still one of my favorite franchise especially because it's set in woods and camps most of the movies.
Nightmare on elm street is a fun series with some story behind it, but I personally never got to love this franchise cos it feels creepy more than scary or fun. But a lot of folks do love the Nightmare series.
I don't think you will go wrong with either.
