EDIT: FYI this thread was originally about the $20 version which is what made it popular and the more expensive one was a footnote. now they've swapped the more expensive one to be the headliner to coast on the upvotes. seems a little sketchy to me

I've had the 65 watt for 2.5 years, has worked flawlessly. Paid much more than this price too

This power bank have very frenquely problem with broken controller. And hard to find new for replace... I have problem with imbalanced batteries. After 6 month it turn off when have 30-35% charge. After disassemby and balanced battery in works fine. I didnt see any passive balancer on battery board...

I clicked on the power button rapdily five times and it displayed UP on the led screen. Clicking on the power button again displayed all possible outcome of the led screen. Clicking it the third time shows the remaining batter life percentage. Can anyone explain the purpose of this feature?

Have you ever spoken about a product you've actually used first hand? Seriously, cherry picking reviews isn't exactly the superhero power that some seem to think it is.

And yes, I've had this power bank for about 2 years...and it is fantastic. And at $20? It should be an instant buy if you are on the market for something that will turbo charge a phone, works on a Steam Deck, even keeps my Dell work laptop charged during use (my 5540 does complain it is a "slow charger" but maintains battery %). Charges at normal speed when off / sleep.

And if you do get that (hypothetically) bad "QC"...just return to Amazon. #pretendproblemsolved

The 65w is or was super popular here. I know a couple of people who have it at work(construction) so it's beat up and works. Just don't drop it with the cable connected and expect it not to damage the charging port.

Almost got another one because it's Soo cheap. Best portable charger you can get at this price I think.

Haven't dealt with customer service so can't say anything about that.
