This is very YMMV and requires being military or a vet with service connected disability / or retired who can go onto base to pick it up after ordering. I picked up the Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Fort Hamilton yesterday and it has the pulse oximeter still working. Seems like these are old stock on clearance that the Exchange is trying to get rid of. If you satisfy the criteria, this seems to be an awesome deal for an un-nerfed apple watch. If you change the military base, it shows how many is left in stock at each one.

The pick up option is only available to those who are authorized to go on base (i.e. service connected vets / retired / active duty) hence YMMV

Yup was able to find one color at my local exchange. Once I signed in then options appeared at the bottom showing pickup or shipping. Be sure to set your store location once signed in (upper right corner).

Edit- I also had to click different watch versions or search once location is set to see what's available.
