Don't buy into the new system.

The best deal here is to get the Essenza Mini and the milk frother.

The old style pods are cheaper and the patent expired so you can find all types of coffee for it.

This machine/model sucks. Between a coworker and I we've had 4 machines stop working in the past 2 years. They're garbage. Any of the non carafe models seem much better.

Its crazy how much Nespresso has raised the prices of their Vertu pods. When I first got my machine a few yrs ago they were around .95 cents... now they are $1.25- $1.45 thats just crazy and I bet they raise them again in a few months.

have had a vertuo plus for 5 years and a pop for 1, both are still going strong i like them! I also get the pods from woot when they have them on sale. Usually about 1$ a pod for the 8 oz coffee pods and ~.75 cents for espresso pods. The pods are twice the cost of Kcups but are easily twice as a good to me

We just ordered the Breville Essenza Mini. I think the internals are the same, but the plastic shell is different. There's been a couple at my work that have been used for about ten years now and still work. So I'm assuming and hoping the quality is still there and ours will last a while. We paid $150 though, I'm tempted to return it and get the De'Longhi Essenza Mini in this deal.

Got this for around $50 last year, still running fine. The vertuo pods are more expensive as others have noted, but can usually find them for around $1/pod and they are free to recycle.

If you sign up for their text messages and wait for the sales you can get them for $1.00 or less a piece. They just had a buy 10 sleeves get 3 sleeves free sale. They have had that twice this month. Every month they have buy 8 sleeves get 2 free. That's what I normally buy.

Get a bruvi then, pods are biodegradable. These pods are aluminum but then u your left with a giant bag of used pods you have been meaning to send in the mail to recycle for the past 6 months but keep forgetting and eventually get annoyed at the space it's taking up and you pitch it bc your never gonna remember to find a box, shipping tape, and have a functioning printer for that ups lable.
