Regular price at Costco, but it is a better price than if you were to buy it from another retailer. The way Costco sells items is that they buy in bulk to stock their warehouse, then once the item sells out they do not restock and that's it for one-off/seasonal items like these.

The LOVE sculpture by Robert Indiana (that this set emulates) was installed in Philadelphia in 1976 and is still there today, and at University of Penn in 1966. There have been many 4 letter word variations on various paraphernalia in this style in the last 58 years.
