Do a search for corsair icue software issues. It makes my pc unstable if I use it. My corsair headphones don't auto off if I don't. Really annoying situation. Use the software and have instability or don't use it and have dead head phones every time I forget to manually turn them off.

just 1 example of many

I have had these since 2018 and if you are handy you can keep them alive forever basically. First thing you get is a magnetic usb cable . Stop wearing out that shitty micro usb port. Second is getting rid of icue. I use headset control. A dude on the forums also made a simple gui app to control it.The only thing I do is turn off the stupid led lights which drain the batteries. I don't usually even turn it off once I am done just attach the usb cable and done. I have replaced the battery on them once now and tightened up the mic as well because it got loose and would fall down. Other than that they are really tough headphones. Got sick of charging these every few days, switched to some Hyper-X and I literally can't get them below 70%. I think I plug them in once a month.
