The only caveat is that they expire quickly. Earned ones expire in only 7 days unless "sent to card" during that period. Then from that day on, they last 30 days.
I tried it once, pretended to be a woman and started crying, they gave me my $14 back

Now, I just delay pickup to last day, so the cvs money comes late and rotate and get stuff. Not worth the time for few bucks. I only do when deals are worth else just buy stuff I need that moment (like water bottles, paper, etc).

Not highly fragranced and it makes my hair soft and silky.
I've never used a shampoo that consistently makes my hair feel like this.
I don't even need to use conditioner after this shampoo.
I have very long hair.

Rite Aid used to be kinda scammy like that. We don't have Rite Aid here anymore.
Walgreens bonus bucks or whatever they call it seems to not expire for a very long time.
