Used the checkout technique as noted above to avoid the handling fee. Works as always.
Edit: Figured it out. It's all the adblockers I was using. Disabled them and checkout went through just fine. Did the Review trick and that worked as well.
Hopefully the paper receipt shows full price again for my lpfsa reimbursement.
