Is that not by design? Slow to keep it juicy for ya?

Fair enough, but does the potential of teleportation and novel DNA sequencing make up for that?

I never tested this or tried it but I did have one of those big Showtime chicken rotisseries they sold at the turn of the century (yeah I'm going to use that term) and I can tell you that it made the best damn chicken you could get. It would stay juicy in Ziploc bags even for days on days. It was a delight to eat leftovers. It was also farking massive + took of a very serious commitment if you wanted to have it anywhere other than deep in a huge cabinet somewhere. So if this does anything like that and takes up less space? It sounds like it might be a good idea to get it if you want the most bomb ass chicken you've had in your house that didn't take a bunch of babysitting and a 19-step recipe. This was just cover it with oil salt and pepper and let it do its thing.

I owned one of these a long time ago, and they do make incredibly good chicken. I sold it the last time I moved, but I do miss it. Also, it's not economical if you have a Costco or Sam's nearby.
