Not these particular slippers, but I wear very similar ones. Weird thing is, I have the exact opposite problem. My feet get sweaty when I don't wear socks with them, but stay nice and dry (and super warm) with socks. 🤷

Do people wear socks with these?

I got these a while back from Costco and stopped wearing them. They make my feet extremely hot, sweaty, and stinky. Am I wearing them wrong??

I do but I wear socks with every piece of footwear that isn't a flip-flop. I would rather have moisture be caught by my socks which get washed after each use, rather than the moisture in my slipper/footwear which will never get washed on the inside lining. I've also had these slippers since Thanksgiving and they are quite comfortable. Bought them for closer to $10 and I'd do it again at that price.
