Just bought this exact same 3600mhz CL18 RAM with free shipping off their ebay page a few days ago which is still $51.59 instead of this $47 deal directly off their site. BEWARE that aaawave uses UPS Mail Innovations for Free Shipping from their Sylmar, CA warehouse yet overcharge $20+ for higher tier shipping - USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground guaranteed less than $10 for a small 0.552 lbs package regardless of where in the USA you're in. UPS Mail Innovations is an EXTREMELY SLOW and low priority shipping with limited tracking updates before they hand them to USPS assuming nothing goes wrong in between UPS and USPS - there is a long history of customers getting delays or screwed by UPSMI.
Based off their ebay reviews they are legit with a small chance of receiving a product that's been refurbished without the original packaging instead of brand new, but beware if you are looking for a reliable shipping method as they are extremely cheap to still be using UPS Mail Innovations. If you're in an area or state which hardly supports UPSMI then I highly suggest buying this RAM off Amazon or another seller on ebay instead of them.
Aaawave also does not have the ideal 3600mhz *CL16* version of this RAM which is the same MSRP at $59.99 on Amazon. Lower default latency is better without overclocking beyond XMP from CL18 version especially if you're pairing this with a Ryzen 7000 series that also supports 3600mhz with 1800mhz Infinity Fabric.
Years ago I was a technical writer for USPS and formerly worked at UPS almost a decade earlier, particularly in package handling. Pre and post pandemic UPS Mail innovations had the lowest loss rate of all packages that would touch the USPS system. In some hubs at UPS or facilities at USPS they do just sit for a day or two until all higher priority mail is sorted, but they do get processed. If it's not a rush period (Thanksgiving - Dec 23) UPS and USPS sort mail innovations generally same-day and it keeps moving on the least-loaded route.
This is ddr4. It shouldn't fit a motherboard that supports Ryzen 7000 series. This is for older am4 motherboards.

you just sound angry about the shipping and are looking to justify it. at this point in 2025 the majority of people using ddr4 are not going to care about the minute difference in cl16 vs 18 as for most use cases there will be no perceivable difference. The people that DO care are likely grabbing high end B die from people going to ddr5 or grabbing 4000+ ddr4 and then working on making the timings tighter

B die is definitely a way to go, if you get lucky with your cpu and mobo supports it.
I'm big supporter of faster ram, which is not defined by RAM clock rating but rather by timing and clock rating.

There is a large amount of swings that can be tuned for better performance.
Currently ddr4 speeds are faster than ddr5 , provided you don't need a lot of memory instated.

Here is a simple calculator for example

https://notkyon.moe/ram-latency.htm

I personally run bdie with 12 latency and 3800mhz transfer rate.

Yes and no. It depends on if your memory controller on your cpu is capable of running 3600mhz/cl16. There were some cases that R5 3600 can't get past 3200mhz. If it can't run 3600mhz, you have to manually OC to 3200/cl16 or 3000/cl15 or otherwise it will run at default speed (2666mhz or 3200mhz with higher ram timing, not sure which one)

To me it seems with all the people upgrading to new computers and no longer needing their DDR4 RAM anymore this will start getting really cheap used.

This RAM (rip jaws) line is notorious for going bad over time, just a heads up.
