That must be one heck of a toothbrush

Big fan of mine. Yeah it costs more then a regular toothbrushes but it does a better job and helps keeps cavities away, so I save a lot money on my dentist visits. Only gripe I have is the expensive tooth brush heads but you can find affordable third party brands that work just as well. These ones are the strongest and brush fastest. You get a much cleaner feeling than using a normal brush.

I also used the Sonicare which I found to be comparable. The brush size and motion of the Oral B worked better for me. The Sonicare head is larger so it's harder to clean the back of my mouth. The pressure sensor is helpful so you don't use too much pressure.

The app is useless and I uninstalled and turned off Bluetooth. But if you are someone who forgets where they brushed or needs reminders it can be useful.

awesome, so it looks like it's an io 9 instead, similar what people said in the older thread.

I had the IO Series 3 and for the first time in my life, I would droll while using it. Didn't happen with an older Oral-B and didn't happen w/the Sonicare I replaced the IO with. Liked how clean my teeth felt but didn't like the toothpaste dribbles.

Yea, I just replaced a Sonicare and the drool struggle is real. I. think it's due to the larger diameter on the brush head.

I think you're right. Loved the feel of the toothbrush and truly felt it cleaned better....but I'm a grown man and can't have drool all over me. Guess it means we may have smaller mouths?

Again, the older Oral-Bs were perfect in fit. This reminds me of how a CRV now almost looks like a full-scale SUV vs one from a decade ago

Just FYI, I own one of these and due to (what I consider) a design flaw, the brush heads mold easily on the inside.

Order cancelled.
My order got cancelled and I called. They escalated and are doing a price match because I had placed the order and it showed up cancelled without me requesting the cancellation. So now I'm getting them shipped to me for 110.00$ it may be worth your time call in and voice your complaint. The app let you order, and talk about you had planned your day around having to drive up and pick it up at That specified time. It may or may not work out. You just have to go to the escalation specialist and they will probably oblige, as long as you show them your order was cancelled without your request to cancel

I find that this molds in the top part where you insert the heads. My wife has the Phillips one, I think that one is better from a mold standpoint

What store? I'm going through the same exact issue with the Mansfield Texas store?
