I love the "extras" thst come in Apple (like the special features on a Blu-ray Disc, and each of the movies in the 4-pack has them, including Audio Commentaries b(my favorite extra)!
And What About Bob? Is one of the greats.

Good deal. I was ready to buy it. But once again Apple screws up my experience with their really odd interface. I don't see the bundle. New app opens up. Do I need to subscribe to Apple TV to watch these?

No. Movies added to Apple TV are yours to watch even free version. Apple TV+ allows you to watch their streaming content/shows.

AppleTV is just the app that replaced iTunes - the service, "AppleTV+" is what you'd subscribe to for the paid content.
AppleTV (the app itself) is available on many devices (except Android), and just allows you to access the stuff you bought, or in your case, to buy things. It also still has a place to redeem your digital copies too, like iTunes did.
Edit: If you don't see the bundle when it opens to one (any) of the movies, scroll down to the "included in" bundle section. Click the bundle and you'll get a pop up and can purchase from there.

I totally agree -- I never saw an app that made it so hard to buy something. On Windows in that Apple TV app, I had to got to the Store tab. From there, I searched Coming of Age, and the bundle showed up. I had to use the app, the browser interface would show the bundle, but not allow me to buy it (had no purchase button).
