This seems mehhh at best? 23 bucks for a jug. Saves a few bucks I guess but certainly not a Slick Deal

Costco 2 pack is like 34 normal price. Buy two for 68 bucks and you 4 jugs for the same price. 4 jugs vs 3 jugs for the same price. Everyone dies on the hill for Costco oil.

This. I had a "supervisor" come out and say it was my fault. That I had selected 1x 5-qt jug. When I showed him the amount of fluid ounces listed in my order, and reminded him that there are 128 fl. oz in a gallon, he said that it was too late and I'd have to call corporate.

I did, and got the 1x 5-qt jug for free. They could have taken it back right then and there. I'm glad they didn't.

I suffered through the same situation, but didn't have the result you did at the end. Wasted ~ 45 minutes talking with different "managers" who were worthless. Had my order right there, but they wouldn't honor anything or offer any alternatives. Never again.
