Eligibility: The White Claw® Hard Seltzer Southwest Coachella® Valley Music & Arts Festival 2026 Passes Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents of the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law*.
Timing: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET April 30, 2025.
Prize: One (1) Prize will be available to be awarded. Winner will receive General Admission passes for winner and *one (1) verified guest to attend one (1) of the two (2) Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival 2026 ("Festival") weekends which are projected to take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 10-12, 2026 and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 17-19, 2026 in Indio, California (actual dates of the 2026 Festivals have not been finalized; based on timing of previous years' Festivals, Sponsor believes the 2026 version of the Festival will take place during the indicated time period; actual dates of the 2026 Festivals will be confirmed by Sponsor/HP2 Promotions on or around three (3) months prior to the 2026 Festivals.) Winner may select one (1) 2026 Festival weekend, subject to Sponsor's approval at its sole discretion. 2026 Festival weekend must be chosen by the winner by June 2, 2025. While Sponsor will seek to accommodate the winner's preferences, the winner may not receive his/her choice of weekend and Sponsor disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Prize includes up to *two (2) passes to the 2026 Festival (for the winner and one [1] verified guest) and one (1) three-thousand-dollar ($3,000) in the form of a check made payable to winner that may be used for any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules such as travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs
If potential winner cannot attend the selected and approved 2026 Festival weekend Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, award of the three-thousand-dollar ($3,000) check element of the Prize is contingent upon the winner attending the 22026 Festival weekend.
