Bought this back in '14. The cap gasket began to leak in '23. I contacted them and they offered me a choice of replacement caps. It arrived about 1-2 weeks later.

Good customer service and a steal at this price.

How do we know if the seller is legit? Last Hydroflask I got from Amazon was a counterfeit.

I bought one back in 07/24 for office. Ice water stays cold like advertised. Initially I bought the used and it came with previous owner etched their name on the back. So bummed that I bought one new for 70 bucks. 😑This price is a steal.
