I prefer the hybrid design with the sponge like material on the top for cleaning bottles. This looks to be all bristle

I agree sometimes with this concept, but this specific bristle bottle brush holds soap very very well due to having so many bristles and no need for a sponge. And lasts so much longer without having a sponge to be wet longer and dirty faster. It is short, so not great for longer drinking water bottles.

The one I see at target is a 1 pack for $5.79. [target.com]

Not to thread jack, but something similar can be found at the Dollar Tree. I haven't compared the quality between the two, but for something that is meant to be disposable, wouldn't hurt to change it more often.
