Those are definitely below the knee shorts for folks shorter than 6ft.
Below the knee was cool in 1998. Perhaps it makes a comeback, but I won't be going back. 7-9in inseam or nothing.

they arent ultra dressy but they are definitely great for most office situations. im allowed to wear jeans, but these are so damn comfy i prefer to wear them.

Probably 6'4" or taller with 11" inseam ending comfortably above knee and fitting proportionally.
11" inseam is not proportional to average heights - makes men below 6' look like children wearing their dad's shorts Lol
7-9 inch inseam or hard pass for those of us below 6'.
