Amazon is the opposite. Several times I bought a 12 pack and only 1 was delivered.
I ordered 6ft ladder from Home Depot last year. They delivered 4.

Amazon will sometimes send you an empty bag and other times the complete wrong item that is 100 times cheaper than the product you purchased. I'm actually dealing with that right now. I had to send an item back that was sent incorrectly, completely wrong item and my money is tied up until their review is complete. I still need to call them and complain about that. I'm having to pay for their mistake while they old my money.
