Features:
- Impressive Output: With 1*SFT40 + 12 * TN-3535 LEDs surrounding the main light, the IF30 delivers an impressive 12000 lumens output for the flood beam and 2500 lumens for the center LED. Shines brightly on 685 meters path, enabling you great visibility in the dark. A must-have for hiking, search, rescue, emergencies, and more.
- Long Runtime: Powered by a high-capacity 32650 battery (6500mAh), the ultra bright flashlight runs for up to 280 hours (11.5 days) on low mode (10 lumens) when the spotlight mode is on. It can be on duty for more than a week on a single charge.
- Rechargeable and Discharging: The handheld flashlight hidden a USB C charge port on the head, making the daily charge convenient. Capable of 120W charging and reverse charging. Being able to charge your pad or any device that uses a USB-C power source or get your phone powered in an emergency case.
- Smart Safety Settings: Designed with Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology, IF30 adjusts the brightness level automatically when the driver temperature reaches 55 degrees. Combined with its auto-lock feature, it is safer to carry in your pockets or backpacks without worrying about damages caused by inattentive activation.
- Unique Design: Unprecedentedly adopted the unique rotary knob design, a simple rotary switch to select spot and flood mode. An updated knob switch allows you quickly to toggle between various brightness modes. It is not only easy to switch to different brightness levels but also fun to operate.
- Automatic Locking Function: In the off state, the machine will be automatically locked after about 15 seconds without any button action. When unlocking, it needs to be rotated rapidly for more than 60 degrees at one time, and the indicator light is on to be regarded as successful unlocking.

I really don't like the rotating knob on the flashlight. It is very uncomfortable and difficult if you are constantly making changes. If my hands are a little dusty or moist then I often can't even get enough grip on it. Forgot about using it with a glove on.

Already have the Q8+ and SP36. Otherwise, worth a shot for a combo spot/flood.

I have the sp as my flood. Should I have gone with the q8+ / pro instead? At the time I wasn't sure if the price premium justified the difference in performance (based on comparo vids).

CHANGE BRIGHTNESS LEVEL: When the flashlight is on, rotate clockwise to ramp up, and the light flashes once when the brightness reaches its maximum. Rotate counterclockwise to ramp down. Long press the switch to cycle through: Floodlight (30lm-12000lm)→Spotlight (10lm-2500lm)→Spotlight & Floodlight (40lm-12000lm).
If I was going to get a second light it would have to have a huge spotlight only distance, so this one isn't for me, but it seems decent for the price. I'm still happy with my ancient 2000lm Sofirn C8G which for me is the absolute perfect light. Perfect color temp, very good spotlight distance, continuously adjustable brightness, compact, inexpensive, long run time.

"The emitters appear to have been chosen to maximum the beam distance and lumens. It would be nice if some high CRI Nichia 519A emitters with a nice tint are used instead of these cool white TN-3535 emitters. The low CRI 6500K Luminus SFT40 emitter could be swapped out for a high CRI 3000K Luminus SFT40. The beam distance and lumen output might decrease with these other emitters but I think that the beam would look nicer."
Why pay $10 more?

I got the Q8+ last year through one of those Sofirn TikTok store deals. That light is wonderfully obscene. I use it more as a work light fired up at the ceiling. It can basically create daylight in a room at the push of a button.
I have been hoping it would get back to $50-$60 on sale so I could grab a couple as gifts for some friends. With the endless unproductive trade wars ramping up and down I'd happily just snag one at $70.
