These aren't straight tuna. These packages are already mixed/flavored. I eat these pouches with a fork as a snack/protein. Sometimes I'll add a bit of hot sauce. If you were talking about actual straight tuna from a can - yes I'd then probably mix it with mayo or avocado and seasonings first.
