I have paint peeling around my trim of the garage, front porch railing, and back deck--all of it's wood painted white. I was thinking of pressure washing whatever will come off and then painting it. Would this be a good idea or what would be better?
Assuming you no leaks causing the paint to bubble/peel up you just need to strip the old paint and repaint-recaulk. Pressure washer will get the loose stuff but you may need to sand off some of the stubborn parts. When you strip it if the wood is rotten you'd want to replace. For the trim, they make PVC that looks like wood that will never rot if you don't want to do it again.
Just go to home depot, ask the paint desk for exterior paint.
Im not sure why you want tp "seal old bathroom floor" anyways. If it is leaking you need to rip the tile out and fix the waterproofing below that.
If you just went ahead and coated your shower floor with this, it would be incredibly slippery.
I've seen a lot of janky stuff out there and some of it seemed to work but it was never something I'd do or suggest to do.

I suggest just cleaning the hell out of your trailer roof before trying. It won't bond well to grit. I used simple green and scrubbed until it hurt after reading a lot about how to prep the surface.
I used gorilla water proof tape which is marketed for TPO/EPDM. Tips on that are to cut the corners round so they don't peel up and mark where you want it before you place it. It is very hard to move the tape at all once set down. Also roll the seams using a pressure seem roller.

Here is the sealant product I have used on the EPDM roof on my low-slope roof EPDM home. It is 100% silicone unlike the gorilla product. It bonds to TPO and EPDM so if your trailer has either, which it likely does.

Obviously they don't want to do that
