Home Depot has a 2-piece, Husky-brand, groove joint pliers set for in-store clearance--at least in my neck of the woods--for just $5.53. If you try to buy it online for pickup, you'll see the full price of $21.97. So in-store only. Like all HomeDepot clearance items, this is a major YMMV...

Under the $21.97 price, you should see a little clearance tag with text that says "See In-Store Clearance Price". If you don't see that, presumably, your local Home Depot does not have it on clearance.
Note that this set is the "old" model with Store SKU # 860405. It is silver in color. There is also a "new" model that is seemingly exactly the same, but slightly more brassy in color (Store SKU # 1009906253). There is no clearance pricing on this "new" model.
You might have to look around a bit! What was hanging on the shelf in my local HD was the new model ending in "253". But up on the shelf, I spied a box ending in "405", i.e., the clearanced version.
These have a lifetime warranty, but if you can find them for $5.53 clearance, the warranty probably doesn't matter very much.

I could not find it until I bugged a store associate, they used a forklift and found a wrapped pallet on top. The pallet was SKU# 860405 dated 3/5/25. The $5.53 clearance pliers are completely packaged, the $21.97 newer pliers are half packaged with the handles sticking out.
