The quality has really gone down on these. The jar I got last month was very different, bland and with some really disgusting rancid nuts in there, threw it out.

Made an account just to say that THESE PEANUTS SUCK! The last few containers I bought had rancid peanuts in it! There I am, sitting there munching away, and I just get brutally attacked by these rotten, no good spoiled legumes! BUYER BEWARE

Has the price gone up on these for 2.35 to be a FP deal? They used to be 1.99 every few weeks in grocery stores near me, and I don't exactly live in a low COL area

Yea I also haven't seen any great deals on peanuts in a while. off brand at my grocery store is 2.28. I got a 12 pack of planters from amazon last may for 1.66/ea

Strangely, amazon wants to charge me tax on this deal which comes out to 2.22 for me. Amazon didn't charge me tax when I bought the case of 12 last may.

The "Salted" ones have these ingredients:
Peanuts, Sea Salt, Spices (Celery), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Natural Flavor, Sugar, Gelatin, Torula Yeast, Cornstarch, Dried Corn Syrup, Maltodextrin.

The "Lightly Salted" ones in the same bottle have these ingredients:
Peanuts, Sea Salt

But seems they don't have the Lightly Salted.

You can get the lightly salted for about $2/can. Buy two of the 6 counts and get $5.xx off and subscribe or save discount.

I've noticed a quality decrease also, starting a few years ago.
