I rarely see the fuel version of the oscillating tool go on sale. Decent deal with 5.0 battery.

I have the brushed version, and it's a great tool though not as good as my Dremel Max for performance. Not having to deal with a cord is fantastic though.

$189 for a multi-tool with battery = Nope.

Get the DeWalt kit for $80-90 instead of this.

Milwaukee cuts about twice as fast as the Dewalt XR and it's quieter. Are you getting a brushless Dewalt for $90?

DeWalt is brushless.

Oscilliating tools are mostly used for precision work. Arguing that the Milwaukee is a bit faster isn't going to be a significant enough reason to pay twice as much for it. Additionally, the speed will also be determined by quality of the blades you're using. I have x4 oscillating tools (Kobalt, Ryobi, Skil, DeWalt) and have never had any concerns about any of them. They all do what they're supposed to do.
